Fitting title, don't you think?
Yoga is all about taking your time, in your time, at the present time.
It was suggested that keeping a log of my yoga practice might help me chart my progress over time, and to recognize the non-linear nature of progression in body, mind and spirit.
This blog is to recognize not only the spirit in me, but the spirit in those whom I've encountered along the way, on this my path.
