I walked in, expecting to see Pat - nu-uh.
There stood Allison.
The practice was good, but I wasn't at all keeping up the pace. I was very slow, and from an outside view, it would have looked as though I were in my own world.
It took me a great deal of time to warm up and stretch to the point of being able to do ANY poses with any kind of 'result'. This is precisely what they meant when they said,
"Make it your own practice."
And so I did.
